Our mission here at Sore No More is to make all of our clients feel amazing and leave feeling like a new person. We provide excellent services from Massages, facials, and Body Treatments. All services must be APPROVED by professional. Once approved you will receive a confirmation ✨HOURS✨ Monday/Fridays Appointment Only Tue-Thurs Walk Ins- 9:30 - 3:00pm Appointments Only 4:00 - 7:00pm Saturday 9:00 - 3:00pm ✨ POST-OP PACKAGES POLICY ✨ Out of respect for your time and the experience of all guests at Sore No More Massage Spa, all post-op package sessions begin promptly at the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your service will be adjusted to the remaining time available so we can stay on schedule for the next client. Because your appointment time is reserved especially for you, missed appointments or no-shows will result in that session being deducted from your package. We truly want you to enjoy the full benefits of your treatments, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early whenever possible. 💐HOLIDAY SPECIALS💐 Please be sure to schedule appointments during the dates that Special is available only. Failure to do so could end in appointment declines. WE are very busy during holidays and we would like to make sure all of our loved ones get a stress free experience of relaxation ✨COUPLES SERVICES✨ All couples massage/facials must be booked at least TWO days in advance. Due to therapists working different hours, we must ensure it’s two therapist at the time you are looking to book. ONE ROOM- TWO PEOPLE RESCHEDULING- Last minute cancellation results in deposit forfeiture. You will have to pay another deposit to reschedule ✨LATE POLICY✨ 10 min grace period . Anything after 10 minutes will be an automatic deductible from full session. You will receive the amount of time left with full service fee. Holidays all clients must be on time.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
In the event of service cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded. You will also have one opportunity to reschedule, after which the deposit will be forfeited. If you have repeatedly cancelled, rescheduled, or failed to show up for appointments, you will no longer be able to access our services, and you will be banned from our platform.
